Project Description

West White Rose (WREP – White Rose Expansion Project) has a fixed wellhead platform consisting of a concrete gravity base structure and an integrated topsides facility, which will operate offshore Newfoundland & Labrador.

Metreel Met-Trak® offshore heavy duty drag chains provide safe and efficient carriage for the vital on-board services for the drilling facility.

Metreel also supplied the special hoses required for the drag chains, many of which were equipped with electrical heating to maintain operations in the cold environment.
